  • Attack
    • Definition: “The approach or manner of approach in beginning a musical phrase.” Dictionary.com
    • Color Selection: A saturated, bright, cool red to symbolize new energy and passion.
  • Rhythm
    • Definition: “The pattern of regular or irregular pulses caused in music by the occurrence of strong and weak melodic and harmonic beats.” Dictionary.com
    • Color Selection: A deeper, warm purple to represent drama, creativity, and expression and compliment the red.
  • Melody
    • Definition: “The succession of single tones in musical compositions, as distinguished from harmony and rhythm.” Dictionary.com
    • Color Selection: A bright cool turquoise to offset the warmer tones and represent bold expression. 
  • Baseline
    • Definition: “…simple, appealing musical motifs or phrases that are repeated, with variation, throughout the song.” Definitions.net
    • Color Selection: Black was chosen as a grounding color for the other three bringing a classic and prestigious feel to the overall color scheme.
